1. Blower Door Test - Find air leaks
2. Combustion Safety Test – Make sure your furnace and water heater are safe
3. Insulation Level Inspection – Locate places your home could use more insulation
4. Indoor Air Quality – Check for condensation, mold, and odors
5. Structural – Uncover ice damming and window condensation problems
6. Infrared Scan – See structural issues and missing insulation through your walls
7. Flow Rate – Ensure that exhaust fans are working properly
